Susannah Sanfilippo is a tenured yoga instructor and nervous-system–informed guide offering private coaching and hypnosis to help you move through life transitions, grief, and stress with greater ease and balance. She also teaches weekly Breathing + Meditation classes and occasional yoga sessions, blending mind–body practices with personalized support. Her approach is compassionate, psychologically informed, and rooted in over 25 years of embodied practice.
