Who? For people who suffer with anxiety/depression or anyone who wants to learn how to work with difficult emotions and unhelpful thoughts, who find their mood to be challenging.
What? We will learn and practice simple body/breath/mind tools to self-soothe, feel centered and develop self-care techniques that connect you to your capacities for comfort, healing and wholeness.
6 Week Program
Location: 25 Middle Street, 3rd Floor, Portland, Maine

Most insurances accepted or private pay sliding scale fee $200.00 - $320.00
